Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hello@eelisva.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A VA is essentially a personal assistant who handles administrative tasks that are critical for

the growth of your business. These usually include handling your calendar, appointments

and email management. A VA can also manage your social media accounts, edit or proofread documents and can also manage coordination between client and /or your team or anything you may need.

Simply contact us through our website or give us a call. We will schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and how we can best assist you. From there, we will create a personalized plan and assign a personal assistant to work with you.

All of our personal assistants are highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in administrative and personal assistance. They undergo a rigorous screening process and are selected based on their skills, experience, and personality.

Yes, we understand that our clients have busy schedules and may require assistance outside of regular business hours. Our team is available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

All our contractors sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect you and your business. If you would like any additional contracts, then we can discuss that. We highly recommend strong passwords and using a password manager to keep your accounts secure.

We have a roll-over policy in place, any unused hours can be used the following month.

That will be between you and your new assistant. If there are times you know are slower, then let your VA know that would be a good time for time off. Commit to over-communicate with each other so work can be done ahead of time and productivity doesn't lapse.
